The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full technology and product roadmap, translating business strategy into a multi-year plan with clear ROI accountability. This includes serving as the Product Management Architect, leading and unifying cross-functional teams, and driving AI transformation across the business. The role also involves owning modernization initiatives and partnering with executive leadership to justify technology investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and DTC, experience in smaller, high-growth, or PE-backed companies, and a proven track record in driving AI transformation.Applicants for the VP of Product and Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in product and technology leadership, with a focus on driving AI transformation and a strong e-commerce and DTC background. The role requires a candidate with a deep, hands-on product management experience, a proven track record of leading both product and engineering teams, and experience in platform modernization efforts. The candidate must be a strategic leader with the ability to communicate technical decisions in business terms and be comfortable in a player-coach role. Experience in smaller, high-growth, or PE-backed companies is essential, and a background in IC product management is strongly preferred.
