This role offers a highly desirable hybrid work schedule, blending working from home with collaboration in their Orange County office.The ideal candidate will have hands-on civil or commercial litigation experience and a desire to manage cases across a sophisticated, diverse array of business and employment matters.Key Practice Areas Include:Commercial & Corporate: Business Litigation, Corporate Governance Disputes, Shareholder Litigation, LLC & Partnership Litigation, and Director & Officer LitigationEmployment & Competition: Labor & Employment Law, Unfair Competition, and Trade Secrets LitigationProperty & Agreements: Real Estate Litigation, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, and Contract DisputesAdvanced Practice: Bankruptcy and Appellate AdvocacyDuties & ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload from initial intake through resolution under the guidance of senior partners.Draft pleadings, motions, demurrers, discovery requests, and responses.Conduct deep legal research and draft persuasive briefs, memoranda, and appellate documents.Represent clients confidently in depositions, mediations, and court appearances (both virtual and in-person throughout Southern California).Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative, communicative team player.What Is OfferedCompetitive Base Salary: $175,000 to $300,000, tailored to your level of experience.Generous Bonus Structure: Uncapped, performance-driven bonuses that truly reward your hard work and billable hours.Work-Life Balance: A reliable hybrid schedule to help you balance your personal and professional life.Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (PTO).Apply today for a confidential conversation.
