JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking to hire a Consulting Project Manager – Transformation for one of their top healthcare clients in Boston, MA. This person must be local and commit to a hybrid working model.Role OverviewLead large-scale, Institute-wide transformation initiativesManage multiple highly complex, ambiguous projects simultaneouslyIdentify value-creation opportunities and implement plans to realize impactHypothesis-Driven Planning & AnalysisApply a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving using analytics, frameworks, and strategic toolsConduct analysis, research, and forecasting to support complex negotiations and strategic decisionsDevelop and implement systems to organize, track, and analyze dataBuild business cases for strategic programs and initiativesLead ad hoc research and due diligence for new initiatives; translate insights into actionable project plansPresent clear recommendations and options to enable executive decision-makingTransformation Delivery & ExecutionDevelop project roadmaps and detailed workplans aligned to vision and goalsExecute, track, and report on project milestones, progress, risks, and issuesProactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and dependenciesManage PMO functions including:Program and portfolio managementTools, methodologies, and roadmap developmentRisk mitigation and interdependency managementResource and financial managementGovernance, reporting, and strategic communicationsChange management and impact trackingPartner with cross-functional teams to align transformation goals across departmentsCollaborate with anticipated new clinical partners on planning and integrationAssess business and financial impacts of initiatives, including implementation dependencies, risks, and prioritization inputsConduct impact and readiness assessments; apply structured change management processes to support adoptionSupport the design, delivery, and management of project and change-related communicationsStakeholder Management & Executive EngagementCollaborate across all organizational levels, including senior and executive leadership (up to C-suite)Build and maintain stakeholder alignment on goals, risks, recommendations, and implementation plansSecure stakeholder commitment and support for recommendationsMaintain ongoing communication and status updates with key stakeholdersConsulting Infrastructure & Best PracticesDevelop and refine scalable consulting frameworks and approaches reusable across initiativesEstablish project infrastructure including workplans, timelines, milestones, KPIs, and resourcing modelsAnticipate and resolve risks impacting project outcomes, timelines, or scopeCreate executive-ready work products aligned with consulting best practicesContinuously improve strategy development, consulting, and business planning toolsPeople Leadership & Team DevelopmentCollaborate with departmental and organizational peers to drive performance through purpose, direction, and motivationLead and support small project teams as neededContribute to staff development, internal process improvement, and consulting best practicesModel and reinforce strong attention to detail and high-quality deliverablesRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required5+ years of professional work experience, including at least 3 years in:Strategic planningBusiness planningManagement consultingProven experience managing multiple enterprise-wide, highly complex initiatives simultaneouslyStrong understanding of large-scale transformation, strategic planning, and consulting methodologiesExperience working within the healthcare environmentPreferred / Nice-to-Have QualificationsMaster’s degree strongly preferredCompensation$70/hr to $80/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
