Job Description Start Date: End Date: Ongoing Provider Type: Advanced Practice Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting : Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 8-16 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: YES Fellowship: NA Minimum Board Certification: Certified Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 days What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA Surgical Assisting Preferred We are looking for one provider who can cover 7-14 days a month. Clinic schedule days and hours may vary as well but usually a total of 8 hours per week. Specific dates needed are Aug 25th - 31st. ATLS required. Active CA license is required.
