Girls Head JV/Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach - Creswell High School

Creswell School District is seeking Girls Head JV/Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach to join the outstanding coaching staff at Creswell High School for the 2026-2027 school year. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSNFHS Coaches Certification, OSAA Certifications (Can be obtained after hiring)High school GraduatePrevious volleyball experience as a coach or competitorSkills in working positively with adolescentsGood communication skillsSuccessful completion of fingerprint screeningFirst Aid CPR training PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIESTeach fundamentals of volleyballSupervise practices and gamesWork cooperatively with other coaches to develop young athletes potentialCommunicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school personnel GENERAL AREA OF RESPONSIBILITYAssume a supervisory and teaching role with athletesSupervise and coach sub-varsity players in practice and game settingsAssist the head coach in development of the program QUALIFICATIONS DESIREDBackground knowledge of volleyball and teachingFamiliarity with programs and athletes at Creswell High School Coaching Stipends paid at the end of the season. Actual dollar amount varies based on experience and step placement in accordance with the certified bargaining agreement, Extra Duty Salaries.
