In this role, you’ll serve as a key representative of our company delivering high-quality refurbished rubber and urethane rollers while building strong relationships with customers across the Midwest and Canada.If you take pride in safety, professionalism, and customer service and enjoy being on the road this is a great opportunity to join a stable, growth-focused organization.What You’ll DoSafely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional and cross-border routes (U.S. & Canada)Pick up and deliver industrial rollers, ensuring proper handling and protectionServe as a customer-facing representative, building relationships at delivery and pickup locationsCommunicate customer feedback and opportunities to internal teamsCoordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and plant operationsAssist with loading/unloading and verify shipment accuracyMaintain logs, inspections, and DOT complianceRepresent the company professionally at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForValid CDL Class A licenseAbility to travel to/from Canada (passport or required documentation)Clean driving record and active Clearinghouse status2+ years of commercial driving experience preferredStrong navigation skills (GPS, routes, directions)Excellent communication and customer service skillsForklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)Dependable, safety-focused, and professionalAbility to meet physical job requirementsPay & Benefits$0.65 – $0.70 per mile (based on experience)$35 per stopWeekly payAdditional earning opportunities (detention, performance incentives)Average annual earnings: $70,000 – $85,000+Benefits IncludeMedical, Dental, Vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffCompany-provided uniforms & PPEModern equipment (Conestoga trailers)Stable, growing company with long-term opportunitySchedule & TravelRegional routes across the Midwest and into Canada1–3 overnights per weekHome on weekends
