Abound Health is seeking a motivated and supportive Job Coach / Supported Employment Specialist to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in achieving success in competitive, community-based employment. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is patient, encouraging, and passionate about helping others build independence through meaningful work.If you enjoy coaching, problem-solving, and empowering people to reach their goals, this position offers rewarding, flexible work throughout Monroe County, PA.Position DetailsPart-Time (flexible hours based on client needs)Pay Rate: $22$23/hr (based on certification)Service Area: Monroe County & surrounding communitiesCertifications: ACRE or CESP preferred, but not requiredSign-On Bonus: $1,000 for qualified candidatesAbout The RoleAs a Job Coach / Supported Employment Specialist, you will work directly with individuals seeking employment or currently employed in the community.
