Cookie Production Maintenance Technician

OverviewThe Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery and equipment in the Cookie and Wafer Production Facility. The role involved performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, implementing repairs to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. The technician will work closely with the production team to support ongoing operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupport, installation, rebuild and maintenance of all production equipment such as baking ovens, conveyor systems, and a variety of packaging and support equipmentPerform routine preventative maintenance per a set schedule as well as respond to unscheduled repairs in a safe and timely mannerPrepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runsRead and interpret equipment manuals and work ordersPerform other duties as directed by supervisorQualificationsMust have demonstrated good work habits and attendanceMust be able to demonstrate a good Electro-Mechanical aptitude and have strong multitasks abilityA minimum of three years of experience in a related field or comparable educationWelding experience a plusPLC experience a plusMust have sufficient hand tools required to perform duties of the Production Maintenance TechnicianPay RangeUSD $26.83 - USD $36.97 /Hr.
