Job Title: Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN)Location: Far Rockaway, NYSalary: $375,000 - $410,000Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and mission-driven Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join ourcommunity-based hospital in New York City. This role provides a balanced mix of outpatientcare and operative gynecology, serving a highly diverse patient population. The ideal candidateis committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care and thrives in a collaborative,patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine exams, prenatal care, and preventive servicesPerform a full scope of gynecologic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and open techniquesManage labor and delivery, including on-call responsibilities as requiredDeliver patient-centered care that reflects cultural sensitivity and addresses health disparities within the communityCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including midwives, nurses, and subspecialistsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and support best practices in women’s healthMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical recordQualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited institutionBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and GynecologyActive or eligible for medical licensure in New York StateDemonstrated experience in both outpatient and operative OB/GYN careStrong commitment to community-based practice and caring for diverse populationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniquesMultilingual skills (Spanish or other languages strongly preferred)
