This is a growth-driven opportunity supported by established anesthesia, nursing, and endoscopy teams, strong referrals, and significant unmet procedural demand. The clinic has a 2-3 month backlog, with 3,000+ open-access colonoscopy recalls. Join a team of 2 gastroenterologists and 3 experienced GI Physician Assistants.Experienced Physician Track: Join with immediate clinical autonomy and no productivity micromanagement. Providers have the ability to tailor scope mix, clinic load, and schedule from day one, and have a near-term path to equity.Early-Career Physician Track: You'll have a structured transition into full volume with experienced partner support.
