Job Title: Process Engineer Industry: Manufacturing Location: Tolleson, AZ Client Overview This role sits within a global materials science and technology company's solar manufacturing operation, providing hands on engineering support to keep equipment, product, and process performance on track. Top 3 Skills Manufacturing floor troubleshooting Root cause analysis and corrective action Data analysis and process improvement What You'll Do Provide hands on engineering support on the manufacturing floor to troubleshoot equipment, product, process, and operational issues Analyze data, observations, and process conditions to identify root causes and improvement opportunities Recommend, implement, and verify corrective actions to improve quality, uptime, throughput, and process stability Support equipment start up, troubleshooting, commissioning, qualification, and process optimization Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and vendors to resolve issues and sustain improvements Maintain procedures, standard work, and technical documentation Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders What We Need From You Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another STEM field 2 or more years of professional process engineering experience in a manufacturing plant Hands on experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or plant environment Demonstrated ability to identify equipment, product, process, or operational issues and implement corrective actions Strong analytical, problem solving, and cross functional teamwork skills Preferred / Bonus Experience with root cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, or other continuous improvement methods Familiarity with manufacturing systems, process controls, and data analysis tools Mechanical aptitude and willingness to spend time on the manufacturing floor engaging with operators About Elevait Elevait Solutions was founded by veterans who believe that how you treat people is the only thing that actually matters in this industry.
