Customer Success Summer InternJoin Hitachi Energy Jefferson City as a Customer Success Summer Intern and gain valuable experience supporting our customers and contributing to their long-term success. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about customer relationship management within a global technology leader.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Customer Success team with various tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and customer communication support.
Support the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
Help prepare materials for customer presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
Participate in customer calls and meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
Research industry best practices and emerging trends in customer success.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to the identification of customer needs and potential opportunities for product or service enhancement.
Perform administrative duties as required to support the Customer Success department.
Job Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology, customer relations, and business development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus.
Ability to commit to a full-time internship during the summer months.
