This is your opportunity to lead a high-impact team, shape processes, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.This is an onsite role within our Mt Juliet, TN facility.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Lead & Innovate: Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies for reverse logistics and repair servicesDrive Operational Excellence: Oversee demand planning, operations control, new product introduction, repair process development, and parts reclamationChampion Quality: Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to ensure top-tier quality assurance and continuous improvementOwn the Numbers: Manage P&L performance, budgets, and profitability for your areas of responsibilityCollaborate & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Training and New Product Development, to launch new products and optimize processesBuild High-Performing Teams: Hire, mentor, and develop talent while fostering a culture of accountability and innovationClient-Focused Leadership: Serve as a key liaison to resolve operational and product issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfactionWhat are the requirements needed for this position?Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)7+ years leading complex operations (manufacturing/repair preferred)2+ years managing P&L4+ years in demand planning, procurement, production planning, and new product introductionAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, trend analysis)Lean Six Sigma expertiseStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Technical/mechanical backgroundISO & OSHA knowledgeLean Green Belt certificationOracle experiencePay Range:$144,700.00 - $241,600.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.If there is no posting end date listed then this is a pipeline requisition, and we will continue to collect applications on an ongoing basis.Helping People Thrive in a Connected WorldConnect with us.
