Benefits:Free uniformsPaid time offTraining & developmentCORG Management Group is seeking 2 Part- Time Floor Tech for Fort Jackson, SCJob Responsibilities:Perform routine and deep cleaning of office areas with various flooring types, including linoleum, tile, and carpetStrip, wax, and maintain hard floors (extensive experience required)Shampoo rugs and carpetsClean stairwells and high-traffic areasSweep, dust mop, vacuum, and perform spot cleaning on all floorsOperate commercial cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor buffers, carpet extractors, and floor scrubbing machinesRequirements:Minimum of 2–3 years of experience maintaining multiple flooring typesAbility to bend, kneel, walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motionsAvailability to work 8-hour shifts during the summer monthsWillingness to work 1–2 weekends per year, as neededEnhanced Driver’s License requiredSalary: Hourly Rate, $22,84PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PASS AN EXTENSIVE GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.
