T/P or DH Attorney

Are you an experienced, California licensed, defense litigation (business litigation, L&E, general litigation) attorney interested in a part or full-time hours contract job opportunity with a law firm in Los Angeles, CA? We are looking for an excellent writer who is highly motivated and proactive with their caseload. This is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter who is looking for long term contract work or temp to hire for the right candidate. This opportunity is a temp to hire the right candidate. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Civil Litigation experience as a practicing attorney in the state of California. MUST BE CA BARRED The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience litigating in the defense side working on cases from beginning to end, taking and defending depositions. Must have trial experience along with assisting taking witness examination during trial. The ideal candidate will also have experience working on cases from start to finish, taking and defending depositions, law and motion, briefs, discovery disputes, and can meet and confer. JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in CA. MUST BE CA BARRED. 3+ years of general litigation Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills Solid time management skills Hourly pay rate is $70-85.00 hourly depending on experience.
