The Rollover Specialist will report into the Vice President of Rollover Services and Asset Retention.Responsibilities:Retain assets of terminated participants by contacting and informing them of features and benefits of Mutual of America Rollover IRAProvide inbound support for IRA and group plan (ex 403b/401k) Rollover and annuity exchange requestsContact target customers to cross-sell financial productsFollow up with external financial service provider to ensure that rollover / exchange requirements are completed in a timely mannerParticipates in marketing and asset retention programs Required Qualifications:At least two years of sales experienceIndustry experienceGeneral business acumen with strong motivation and communication skillsAbility to multitask, processing paperwork while on the phoneActive FINRA Series 6 and 63 or must obtain within the first 180 days of employmentActive State Life and Health Insurance License (in all states covered) required or obtained within 180 days of employmentAble to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings.
