Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.Why This Role MattersIn this role you will help advance the development of our ChartCheck application, improving the safety, efficiency, and quality of cancer treatment planning workflows for clinics around the world.You will work closely with fully remote engineering teams to design, build, and maintain both frontend and backend systems while contributing to new product development initiatives for cancer centers. Your software development and leadership skills will play an integral role in shaping scalable and impactful solutions for radiation oncology clinics.Responsibilities Include:Develop and maintain full stack functionality for the ChartCheck application across frontend and backend systemsDesign and implement scalable web and cloud-based software solutions using C# and JavaScript technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative software products for cancer treatment centersParticipate in thoughtful code reviews and contribute to maintaining high software quality standardsTrack and manage development work clearly and independently through tickets and project workflowsSupport teammates through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorshipContribute to secure and compliant software development practices within healthcare environmentsRequired Experience:BS in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience, MS preferredDeep programming expertise in a high-level programming language such as C#, C++, or JavaFull stack development experience across frontend and backend web and cloud systemsDatabase experience with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQLStrong application programming skills in C# and JavaScriptPreferred Experience:WPF / C#.NET experienceExperience with C# .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lit (or equivalent frameworks)Clinical programming experience with HL7 or DICOMExperience working within HIPAA and medical device software development environmentsCybersecurity and software risk management experienceWhat Makes You SuccessfulTeam player mindset with a strong sense of shared ownershipAdaptability within fast-moving and evolving environmentsOpen to feedback and committed to continuous learningProactive problem-solving skills and thoughtful engineering practicesCommitment to code quality and testing standardsAbility to work independently while communicating progress clearlyStrong collaboration and knowledge-sharing abilitiesAI & Hiring IntegrityAt Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
