Warranty Analyst

DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical warranty analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, analyzing warranty data, and ensuring compliance with warranty policies.Duties And ResponsibilitiesReview, close and invoice Caterpillar warranty claims. Review, interpret, and summarize warranty contracts, terms, and service agreements.Assist with warranty processes regarding EPG (third-party company) Enroll coveragesClose and invoice work orders Release dealer invoicesCreate and participate in continuous improvement projects to meet goals and streamline processes.Communicate warranty information to both internal and external customers. Participate in warranty trainings Answer warranty questionsTravel to branch store locationsCollaborate with other departments to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.In-office Monday- Friday position. Other duties that may be assigned by management. Required QualificationsMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
