Construction Project CoordinatorLHH Recruitment is partnering with a construction company in North Phoenix who is looking for a project coordinator to join their small team. This is a fully onsite role working directly alongside the company owners in a small, close-knit office environment located in their casita. The salary range is between $65,000-$80,000.The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced construction setting. Strong administrative coordination skills, job costing knowledge, and payroll experience are highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support day-to-day construction project operationsAssist with project scheduling, documentation, tracking, and communicationMaintain project files, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentationSupport job costing activities and monitor project expensesProcess payroll and assist with timesheet review and trackingCommunicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teamsTrack project progress and help ensure deadlines are metAssist with change orders, permits, bid documents, and project reportingSupport the owners directly with administrative and operational tasksMaintain accurate records and ensure organization across multiple active projectsQualificationsPrevious experience in construction coordination, project administration, or construction office support requiredExperience with job costing and payroll processing strongly preferredExperience using Bluebeam and/or Procore preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and follow-through skillsComfortable working in a small, owner-operated environmentAbility to handle confidential information professionallyProficient with Microsoft Office and construction-related software systemsSelf-motivated with strong attention to detailInterested?
