We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to lead the growth and development of key client partnerships across the industrial and energy sectors. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for major strategic accounts, partnering with clients to solve critical health, safety, and environmental (HSE) challenges. You'll identify opportunities, develop integrated service solutions, and drive expansion across national and multinational accounts. What You'll DoOwn and grow relationships with strategic enterprise-level accountsIdentify client challenges and deliver innovative HSE solutions that improve safety, compliance, and operational performanceDrive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities. Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated service solutions and bundled offeringsMaintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunitiesLead and support complex, multi-site contract negotiationsStay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to better serve clients. Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams. What You Bring3-5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in industrial services, energy, or safety-related sectors. 1-2 years of downstream industry experience, including work with refineries or chemical plants. Strong understanding of the oil & gas downstream environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding strategic accountsExceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skillsA strategic mindset and problem-solving approach to uncovering growth opportunities.
