Nike Jobs - Retail Sales Associate

Nike is seeking Retail Associates to assist customers, maintain store presentation, and support daily retail store operations. Retail Associates are responsible for greeting customers, assisting customers with finding shoes, clothing, and accessories, operating the cash register, processing payments, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining store cleanliness. Associates are expected to provide product knowledge, recommend products, and help customers find the right sizes and styles. This position typically pays $15 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, sales incentives, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience. Retail Associates are responsible for providing customer service, operating registers, stocking merchandise, organizing displays, assisting customers with product selection, restocking inventory, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness. Employees must follow Nike customer service standards and store merchandising guidelines.
