Technical Project Manager

DescriptionJob Summary:Eccalon is seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team. As a TPM, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple high-impact technical Projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs from inception to completion.Work closely with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, schedules, and deliverables.Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues that impact project timelines, resources, or scope.Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment; ensure alignment with project priorities.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels through status reporting and executive updates.Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure projects meet organizational standards and customer expectations.Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies for efficiency.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.Facilitate technical discussions and make informed decisions to support project requirements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related technical fieldProven experience (5 years) as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and technical infrastructure.Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus among stakeholders with differing priorities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment; experience in startups or similar entrepreneurial settings is a plus.Familiarity with Jira, Nodejs, React, Vue, AWS & Azure.About the Organization Eccalon provides global solutions to the most challenging technological issues of the 21st-century, and our evolving portfolio spans five major markets: Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Aerospace & Defense, Material Sciences, Advance Manufacturing, Sports Science, Biotechnology, and Health & Life Sciences.Why Join Us?Eccalon's Executives foster a supportive work environment allowing our teams to thrive, and have a fierce dedication to innovation, security, and people.
