The company focuses on simplifying customer projects through proactive problem-solving, operational excellence, and sustainable solutions.About the Opportunity:The IT Implementation Project Manager leads the delivery of IT infrastructure projects supporting branch and corporate operations. This role ensures voice, data, network, wireless, and telecommunications initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and technical requirements. The position manages project execution, vendor coordination, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder communications across new branch setups, relocations, renovations, and technology upgrades.Responsibilities:• Manage multiple IT infrastructure and implementation projects to meet scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.• Coordinate deployments of network, voice, wireless, cabling, and infrastructure solutions at branch and corporate locations.• Review site surveys, technical documentation, and construction plans to define project requirements.• Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, vendors, contractors, and business teams on new builds, relocations, renovations, and technology upgrades.• Manage vendor relationships, including Statements of Work, procurement activities, and contractor coordination.• Oversee installation, testing, and validation of infrastructure solutions to ensure compliance with established standards.• Coordinate voice, data, and network services while ensuring proper hardware, connectivity, and cabling installations.• Maintain project documentation, budgets, purchase orders, schedules, and status updates using ServiceNow, CMDB, and project management tools.• Provide clear and timely project communications and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.• Partner with Engineering, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure successful implementation and operational readiness.• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.• Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:• 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination, project management, or related IT infrastructure roles.• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects involving structured cabling, connectivity, and network environments.• Knowledge of voice and data technologies, including VoIP, routing, switching, wireless networking, and telecommunications infrastructure.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, and Visio.• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.• Ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.Benefits & Perks:• Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Retirement savings plans and employer contributions.• Paid time off and company holidays.• Employee assistance and wellness programs.• Professional development and training opportunities.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
