Position: Maintenance Supervisor - Food ManufacturingShift: Must be flexible - 24/7 facility, 12-hour shifts (4a-4p or 4p-4a) - 3/3/1 rotation, every other weekend offCompensation: $80-90k base salary DOE, overtime pay, bonus opportunity, immediate benefits, generous PTO plan, matching 401kLocation: Memphis, TN - full relocation package availableGlobal food manufacturing company is currently in search of an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its team within its flagship manufacturing complex located in Memphis, TN.The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee hourly union maintenance technicians, focused on troubleshooting and repair of automated processing and packaging equipment, including electrical and mechanical repairs.Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience from within a food or consumer products manufacturing / packaging facility, with at least 3 years of supervisory experienceExperience in a heavily-automated facilityStrong multi-craft background, including pneumatics, hydraulics, plant automation, electronic controls (PLC / HMI systems), and electrical troubleshootingStrong preference for supervisors who began their careers as maintenance techs, with a proven track record of team development and trainingLeadership experience within a union facility is a plusMust have excellent attention to detail - prior experience as a machinist or in drafting is a plusMust be flexible regarding schedule / shiftStrong computer skills will be essential, with knowledge of CMMS platforms, SAP preferredAn engineering or technical degree is preferred, but experience and a proven track record in the above bullet points will take precedenceOur client company will offer a competitive base salary ($80-90k DOE), overtime pay, bonus opportunity, excellent benefits, generous PTO plan, and matching 401(k).
