This position is ideal for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support patient needs after normal business hours.Position ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficientlyEnsure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulationsMonitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations when appropriateCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding infusion treatments and medication managementCounsel patients and caregivers on medications, administration, and side effectsMaintain accurate patient records and documentationParticipate in pharmacy quality assurance and safety initiativesAssist with inventory management and medication orderingParticipate in rotating on-call scheduleQualificationsActive Pharmacist license in Texas (Arkansas license preferred or ability to obtain)Infusion pharmacy experience preferredStrong clinical knowledge and attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLong-term care or specialty pharmacy experience is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive paySupportive team environmentOpportunity for professional growthFull-time benefits availableMeaningful work that impacts patient care daily
