Luxury Residential SuperintendentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Residential Superintendent to join our growing team, specializing in ground-up luxury custom homes.This role requires a strong field leader who can effectively organize, direct, and manage high-end trades and vendors while ensuring each custom home is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish quality.The ideal candidate has experience building high-end custom estates and understands the level of precision, coordination, and client interaction required in luxury residential construction.ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site operations for ground-up luxury custom homes from site work through final finishesCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedule and quality standardsEnsure exceptional execution of high-end finishes and architectural detailsCollaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners to ensure seamless project deliveryProactively resolve field issues while maintaining project timelines and budgetEnforce jobsite safety, organization, and overall quality controlRequirementsMinimum of 3+ years of luxury residential construction experience, with direct field supervision on custom home projectsProven experience managing ground-up luxury custom homes requiredStrong ability to coordinate and manage multiple high-end trades and vendors simultaneouslyExperience working on custom homes with high-end interior and exterior finishesStrong understanding of residential construction sequencing from site work through final finishesExperience working alongside architects, designers, and discerning homeownersProficiency with construction management software such as Procore (preferred), Buildertrend, or similarStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, deadline-driven, and solution-orientedCompensation, Benefits & LocationSalary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 (Plus BONUS opportunities)Location: West Palm Beach, FL (In-person role)401(k) with employer matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offOpportunity to work on high-end custom homes in the South Florida luxury marketSchedule: Full-TimeAPPLY TODAY and be part of building some of South Florida’s most exceptional custom homes.
