Marketing and Sales Specialist:The Marketing and Sales Sales Specialist provides comprehensive support to Key Account/Business Development Managers, Customer Service Team members, and customers. This role ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination of customer projects and open orders. In addition to supporting sales activities and customer interactions, this position provides essential administrative support and assists with onsite coordination for customer visits, workshops, and Color Sync sessions for the innovation lab.Responsibilities:Marketing Support:Manage Company websites and content management for Peacock, Poly Compounding and Vortex, digital marketing, SEO, Analytics, Social Media presence and manage CMG content. Help create marketing strategy by creating webinars, campaigns and presentations based on current trends and innovations. Shadow experienced account managers. Attending customer meetings to learn the importance of building relationships with existing customers and prospecting new customers. Identify, research and track sales leads. Develop pre-call planning and summary of understandings for account managers. Learn and demonstrate an understanding of value-based selling. Research analyzes competitors and presents findings from high-impact projects to leadership. Participate and serve as a company representative in market and customer-facing. Mange and lead events, such as trade shows, key customer visits and other promotional settings.Project & Operations CoordinationManage Color Sync Lab, partner with Sales team members and lab personnel to ensure efficient and timely color match project execution.Coordinate converter samples and customer project needs with internal production.Track match components, customer resins, color standards, and project milestones.Review and verify samples, color chips, and project components prior to shipment.Assist with planning and coordinating onsite customer visits, workshops, ColorSync sessions, and technical demonstrations.Manage logistics such as meeting room scheduling, setup, customer hospitality needs, and ensuring professional onsite experience.Coordinate with production, labs, and support teams to ensure all materials, samples, and presentations are ready for onsite eventsCustomer Service & Sales SupportAssist with inquiries, open order related tasks, raw material coordination, documentation needs, and production timelines.Participate in customer visits and virtual meetings; provide follow-up on action items to ensure customer satisfaction.Work closely with purchasing and plant manager to timely deliver customer orders with knowledge of customer tier system and lead-times. Serve as a primary support contact to support customers, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution focused service.Data Management:Play an active role in our Annual Budget Process data analytics and KPI tracking support.QUALIFYING & REQUIREMENTS: BSc degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or relevant field or equivalent experience.1-2 year of experience in online marketing and website marketing.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic. Results Oriented. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong team player. Comfortable and efficient working independently.Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks and direct necessary resources to meet and beat deadlines.
