What's needed now is a leader who can strengthen it, refine it, and drive it deeper into the field.This is boots-on-the-ground leadership!What You'll OwnReinforcing and elevating an established safety programLeading OSHA 10/30 training as an authorized Outreach TrainerConducting jobsite audits across data centers, commercial builds, and infrastructure projectsDriving meaningful incident investigations and root cause analysisPartnering with project managers to proactively plan for riskHolding crews and subcontractors accountable the right wayThis role requires influence. The ability to walk a jobsite, command respect, and build buy-in without ego.Project EnvironmentYou'll support work involving:Fiber optics & structured cablingElevated work & fall protectionElectrical exposureActive commercial and data center constructionIf you've worked in telecom, electrical, or specialty contracting, you'll understand the pace and production pressures.What You BringOSHA 10 & 30 (Construction)OSHA Outreach Trainer certification (required)4+ years of construction safety leadershipStrong investigation & hazard analysis experienceField credibility, not just policy knowledgePreferred:CSP, CHST, OSHA 500/501, bilingual English/Spanish.Who This Role Is Built ForA safety professional who wants ownershipSomeone comfortable challenging leadership when neededA leader who understands production — but protects people firstSomeone who takes pride in raising standards, not maintaining them
