DescriptionDiscover your exciting roleAs a Logistics Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the logistics and warehouse operations at a client's site. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials in compliance with site policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, quality, and operational excellence.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesExecute all logistics and warehouse tasks in accordance with training, procedures, and site expectations.Perform material picking, inspection, transportation, and storage, including verification of specialty materials against Certificates of Analysis/Conformance.Manage the collection and preparation of empty containers for third-party collection.Support third-party drivers on-site to ensure compliance with site policies.Quarantine and escalate any materials that fail incoming inspection.Execute all logistics and warehouse tasks in accordance with training, procedures, and site expectations.Perform material picking, inspection, transportation, and storage, including verification of specialty materials against Certificates of Analysis/Conformance.Manage the collection and preparation of empty containers for third-party collection.Support third-party drivers on-site to ensure compliance with site policies.Quarantine and escalate any materials that fail incoming inspection.Other duties as assigned.Show your expertiseEducation: High School or GEDMinimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance or technical role preferred.Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a forklift license.Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Preferred:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Experience with ERP systems is advantageous (training provided).Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Non-Solicitation: We are not currently accepting third-party agency candidates for this position.
