Facility Maintenance

POSITION SUMMARY: We are hiring an experienced and dedicated facilities maintainer to join our team. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: · Maintaining warehouse type buildings, interior/exterior, yard work, landscaping, lawn maintenance, painting, maintenance equipment repairs, HVAC, etc · Prioritize and forecast work to be done. Experience/Knowledge/Abilities: · Experience with HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing is a plus. · Attention to detail and ability to follow process. · Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Special Requirements: · Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g., heat, cold, wind, rain). · Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level. · Language: English/Spanish preferred Ability to pass drug testing & background screening.
