Regional Property Manager
A well-established, highly regarded owner-operator is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of five Class A luxury communities totaling approximately 1,000 units across Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving operational performance, delivering an elevated resident experience, and leading onsite teams across a portfolio of high-touch assets.In addition to managing stabilized communities, this role will play a key part in an upcoming lease-up and gain exposure to new development initiatives, including collaboration with capital projects and input on planning and design. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong operator who can balance day-to-day execution with strategic involvement in the asset lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Oversee operations across a portfolio of Class A luxury communities, ensuring strong financial and operational performance Lead and support an upcoming lease-up, driving absorption and stabilization Maintain high occupancy, rental rates, and resident satisfaction across stabilized assets Partner with ownership and asset management on budgeting, forecasting, and business plans Drive revenue through effective pricing strategies and expense management (YieldStar experience preferred) Lead, mentor, and develop onsite teams, fostering accountability and high performance Ensure consistency in leasing execution, customer experience, and compliance standards Oversee physical asset quality, including curb appeal, amenities, and unit readiness Collaborate cross-functionally on capital improvements and development initiativesQualifications 3–5+ years of experience as a Regional Property Manager Proven experience overseeing Class A luxury communities (required) Lease-up experience strongly preferred; development or capex exposure a plus Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Experience managing multiple sites and leading diverse teams Proficiency in Yardi and YieldStar Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel regularly throughout the portfolio; ideally based within the marketCulture & Why JoinThis organization offers a highly autonomous, performance-driven culture with a strong track record of internal growth—this opportunity is open due to a promotion.
