An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Counsel to join a fast-scaling, global technology business operating at the forefront of the software and data insights space.The company has built a market-leading platform that enables businesses to make smarter technology decisions through data-driven insights and user-generated intelligence. With a significant global user base and millions of verified data points, the organisation is playing a key role in shaping how software is discovered, evaluated, and purchased in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.This is a high-impact, commercially focused role reporting into the General Counsel, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Revenue, and leadership teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.The RoleYou will act as a trusted legal advisor to the business, supporting a wide range of commercial, product, and regulatory matters in a fast-paced SaaS and marketplace environment.Key responsibilities include:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, data, and strategic partnership agreementsAdvising on product development and platform features, including data usage, integrations, and intellectual property considerationsProviding guidance on data, technology, and regulatory frameworks impacting online platformsPartnering closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Information SecuritySupporting the business in structuring transactions and managing legal risk in line with commercial objectivesDeveloping and improving legal processes, templates, and playbooks to support scaling operationsCandidate ProfileQualified lawyer with 3-7 years of experience in commercial, technology, or SaaS-related legal workStrong grounding in contracting, IP, data, or regulatory mattersCommercially minded with the ability to provide clear, practical advice to non-legal stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience working closely with product or technology teams is highly advantageousIf you are interested, please do apply here now!
