Own data and analytics engineering for Alchemy's internal AI‑ready data layer across finance, marketing, product, and operations. What you’ll do Build reliable data models, analytics pipelines, and reporting surfaces for business and product teams. Improve the quality and accessibility of data used in operational and AI‑assisted workflows. Partner with finance, marketing, product, and operations stakeholders on measurable data needs. Requirements Experience with analytics engineering, data modeling, SQL, and production data workflows. Ability to translate business questions into maintainable data assets and reports. Comfort working with cross‑functional teams that rely on trusted data for decisions.
