Technical Program Manager, IntegrationsSalsa is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of partner integrations.You are the single-threaded owner for every new partner integration, from kickoff through production launch. You lead partner meetings, own timelines and outcomes, and are accountable for getting integrations live, on time, and production-ready.This is not a narrow TPM role. It combines technical depth, program ownership, partner-facing leadership, and operational execution, and coordinating both the engineering and technical integration journey as well as the non technical aspects of getting partners ready to launch.What You'll DoOwn partner integrations from contract signature through production launchLead all partner integration meetings and serve as the primary point of contactDefine timelines, milestones, and launch readiness criteriaOwn the technical delivery plan (APIs, data flows, environments)Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Support, and SalesIdentify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issues to resolutionOwn go-live execution and post-launch stabilizationBuild repeatable integration processes to reduce time-to-launchWhat Success Looks LikePartners launch on time and with confidenceIntegrations are technically sound and operationally readyCross-functional teams experience less thrashPartner launches become faster and more repeatable over timeWhat We're Looking For5+ years experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, or partner integrationsStrong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and system workflowsExperience working directly with external partners and technical teamsProven ability to own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-endComfortable operating in regulated or high-stakes environmentsPreferred:Experience in fintech, payroll, payments, API / embedded applicationsForward-deployed experience or launching customer/partner products (instead of internal feature releases) a plus!
