This is a chef-driven kitchen with the volume, ingredients, creative latitude, and ownership support to make serious food and put your stamp on a nationally recognized program.What you’ll do• Own menu development, R&D, and seasonal rotation across multiple cuisines• Lead the kitchen team in executing scratch-made production at high volume• Hire, train, and develop cooks and station leads• Partner closely with the in-house butchering team on protein direction and utilization• Drive food cost, labor, and yield targets• Build SOPs and recipe books for consistent quality at scale• Help define the next evolution of the prepared foods programWhat we’re looking for• 7+ years culinary leadership; 2+ as Executive Chef or strong Sous in a volume operation• Multi-cuisine fluency — strong technique across Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, and American• Background in retail prepared foods, catering, or commissary preferred• Deep recipe development chops; metric-fluent• Uncompromising attention to detail and consistency• Proven team builder and systems operator• Kashrut training provided in-house; full mashgiach team on staff — no prior kosher experience requiredCompensation$115,000 – $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and PTO.Equal Opportunity Employer.
