Job Description :
Metro Steel USA Outside Sales Representatives meet with customers in person to identify their needs, qualify them to determine how they might benefit from our services and close on orders. Their main duties include traveling to meet with potential and existing B2B customers, informing them of all our services and capabilities and having thorough communication with our Inside Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Duties include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Outside Sales Representatives are also required to recommend marketing strategies to grow their territory.
Responsibilities include :
Identify and professionally establish contact with potential and existing customers.
Proactively plan out and schedule appointments with buyers in advance
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
Recommend marketing strategies to increase business.
Thorough understanding of Metro Steel USAs strengths and target industry characteristics
Send daily call reports to Management and Inside Sales team.
Qualifications / Requirements:
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Self-motivation
Positive attitude
Effective communication
Public speaking and presentation skills
Industry knowledge
Ability to meet sales objectives.
Ability to overcome objections and talk through challenges.
