Job description: A-Line Staffing is now hiring Family Nurse Practitioner – Lexington SC Family Nurse Practitioner – Lexington SC Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time (32–40 hours/week) Schedule: Rotating schedule, including every other weekend Pay Rate: $78.50 an hour Seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)* to join our clinical care team in Lexington SC This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care while collaborating closely with a dedicated healthcare team. You will manage your own panel of patients and contribute to improving outcomes through diagnosis, treatment, chronic care management, and health counseling. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered primary care: assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling Manage chronic and acute conditions for patients across all age groups Conduct routine physicals, health screenings, and wellness visits Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle, and behavior change Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to coordinate care Perform clinic operations: open/close clinic, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collection Maintain clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Required: Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Active and unrestricted FNP license in the state of Current National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) DEA registration (or in process at time of offer) High school diploma or GED (verifiable) COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption) Core Skills & Competencies Independent clinical decision-making and patient advocacy Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills Technologically proficient (EMRs, telehealth tools) Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Open to multi-state licensure (if required) Clinic Hours Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Schedule includes every other weekend and potential holiday rotations . Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Provide primary care to patients Serve as a nurse practitioner in skilled nursing centers Make independent health care decisions regarding patient care Provide care and treatment for psychiatric patients Providing patient-focused health care Provide well child care, acute care Providing care for patients in acute and critical care settings Produce care plan for patients Provide wound care to patients Provide primary health care, including preventive care services, for patients Provide primary care and patient education Ensure care coordination and patient centered care Provide comprehensive primary health care to a population of patients Advise patients about continuing care Act as an independent practitioner Treat and care for patients Providing episodic care of patients Provide work related health care services to patients Manage patients for wound care services Perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established protocols and current standards for acute care nurse practitioner practice
