Whether modifying aircraft to help protect our service members overseas, performing geographical mapping for scientific research, or working to suppress large wildfires on the West Coast, we serve with integrity and excellence.Purpose: To provide logistics services to internal and external customers.Company Compensation and Perks:Pay (hourly)Full time position 7AM - 4PM (with hour lunch break 12-1PM)Comprehensive benefits offeredMedical, dental, visionHSA/FSALife insurance, long-term and short-term disabilityEmployee assistance program401(k) with company matchPaid time off (PTO)Company wellness programResponsibilities:Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levelsMaintain cycle counts along with inventory adjustments as neededMaintain incoming and outgoing parts transactions and movementsPartner and communicate with various departmentsProvide service for internal and external customersKeep and maintain designated logistics area neat, clean, and orderlyProperly stock/shelve aircraft parts in a warehouse environmentProperly label, package, and box aircraft parts for inventoryFlexible to work in all aspects of inventory control area of responsibility and overall logisticsProcess requisition forms in a timely manner and complete all associated reportingMaintaining parts, tools, and paperwork compliant to AS9100, DCMA, company, and other regulationsPost parts to work ordersPrepare parts claimsParticipate in on-call programOther duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or GED required; some college preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred), and various company software programs, ERP experience preferredAbility to read and understand technical data for research purposes, knowledge of aviation terminology and standards a plusEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to learn new processes and materials quicklyAbility to work productively and efficiently without distraction in a fast-paced atmosphere to achieve deadlinesAbility to operate a forklift or to obtain equipment certification through companyAbility to adapt/respond appropriately to changing circumstancesAbility to: lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, and predominantly work in enclosed hangars, occasionally in exterior weather conditions or elevated heightsIt is the policy of Dynamic Aviation to prohibit and eliminate discrimination on grounds of race, color, religion, sex, (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
