THE OPPORTUNITYThe Pro-Shop Firearms Sales & Buying Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience through firearm sales, guided Staccato Buying Experiences, and operational support of daily Pro-Shop functions. This role supports revenue generation, inventory accuracy, compliance requirements, and guest satisfaction. The position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to execute structured buying experiences while maintaining operational flow during peak business periods. This role directly impacts firearm sales performance, conversion rates from experiences to purchases, and overall guest experience at Staccato Vegas. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Experience & SalesConduct Staccato Buying Experiences (setup, execution, reset) Guide guests through firearm selection and live-fire evaluation Convert buying experiences into firearm sales Provide product education (firearms, optics, accessories) Support retail floor coverage and guest engagement Operational ExecutionBuild and maintain Buying Experience kits Ensure readiness of firearms (cleaned, oiled, batteries, optics) Execute timely optic installs at designated Pro-Shopstation Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards Support monthly inventory and cycle counts Compliance & AccuracyComplete 4473 processing accurately and efficiently Follow NICS procedures and escalation protocols Maintain safe firearm handling and storage compliance Support FastBound / bound book workflow Team & Workflow SupportMaintain time management standards to prevent guest delays Communicate readiness and operational issues proactively Assist with daily resets and opening/closing duties Support events and range day preparation RequirementsFirearms retail, range, or industry experience Customer-facing sales experience (premium retail preferred) Experience conducting guided product demonstrations Familiarity with compliance processes (4473/NICS) preferred Education:High school diploma or equivalent required Relevant certifications or firearms training preferred COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSWe offer a competitive and attractive package of compensation and benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, sick pay, and holidays.
