Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles across assigned routes. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety standards. Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or vehicle issues. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation. Requirements Valid CDL Class A license with proven experience operating tractor-trailers in various conditions. Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation for efficient deliveries. Prior experience in freight delivery or as a driving professional with a focus on safety and customer service.
