This is a team where people actually stay. The environment is collaborative, the work is consistent, and there is room to grow into a long-term career here, not just a short-term gig.This is a high-volume role. The team runs 100-150 entries per month. If that number excites you rather than intimidates you, you are exactly who we are looking for.What you will ownFull entry writing from start to finish, including HTS classification and FDA/PGA complianceManaging "may proceed" releases and responding immediately when FDA exams are triggeredCommunicating directly with clients, carriers, and steamship linesCatching and correcting errors before they become problemsSupporting import compliance and working alongside a manager who values your expertiseWho we want to hear fromYou have 3+ years in entry writing or brokerage operations. You know your HTS codes. You understand what FDA exams mean for a client and you do not need to be told twice to pick up the phone. You take pride in clean files and you can move fast without cutting corners.QuestaWeb experience is a bonus.
