Service Drive Aid Serves as a service drive aid for readying vehicles and service department for daily activities.Essential Duties Moving cars between service drive, workshop, storage parking, and pick-up point Ready every incoming vehicle: Paper and plasticWasher fluidTag & parked locationReady vehicle for customer pick up Wash cars and park up front when necessaryIf you're unsure if a vehicle needs to be washed, ask!Maintain customer lounge Turn on lightsMaking coffeeUnlock lounge doorsStock waters, coffee & coffee making supplies (cups, filters, coffee, etc.)Ensure the exterior of the lounge is clean and free of debris or trashEnsure lounge interior is neat and presentableMaintain service drive appearance Wash & sweep floorsEnsure tire stacks are neat & tidyPlace "wet floor" signs when applicableClean up oil spots & spills when applicableKeep service drive clear from cars & build up when applicableEmptying trash cansExterior maintenance Keep service drive and surrounding area cleanClean windows to service drive doors 2x a monthEmpty trash can outside if overflowingShovel and put down ice melt in the event of heavy snowService loaners Cars need cleaning (wiping down the interior, cleaning interior windows & windshield, removing stains when applicable), fueled, vacuumed, & washed after every returnVerify with service office personnel of loaner needs for the next business dayLoaner car parking is Loaner Lot for vehicles ready to be handed out, and behind C row for vehicles that need cleanedOther duties as assigned by management or advisors Test driving vehiclesShuttling customersPerforming pick up and deliveriesMaintains a professional appearanceDriving and handling all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention and, always protecting dealership propertyQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
