We are seeking a professional and client-focused Front of House Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires a high level of hospitality, adaptability, and professionalism to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.Front of House Associate $24/hour | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesFront of House & Guest Experience • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, creating a professional and positive first impression • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, directing guests, and handling inquiries • Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready reception area and common spaces • Support meeting room readiness, including setup, cleanliness, and restocking as neededShift Coverage & Flexibility • Collaborate with the workforce management team to support shift coverage needs • Adapt quickly to different environments and responsibilities while maintaining service standards • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all assignmentsOn-Site Support • Integrate seamlessly into on-site teams and quickly learn site-specific processes • Perform assigned duties efficiently with minimal supervision • Support daily operations to ensure a smooth and professional workplace experienceCustomer Service Excellence • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and internal teams • Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times • Respond promptly and effectively to requests, questions, and concernsCommunication & Team Collaboration • Maintain clear communication with leadership and team members regarding schedules and updates • Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Provide timely updates on any challenges or service needsProblem Solving & Adaptability • Respond to unexpected situations with professionalism and sound judgment • Proactively identify solutions to support operational needs • Escalate issues appropriately when neededTraining & Development • Actively participate in training programs to enhance skills and service delivery • Continuously build knowledge to support a high-level front of house experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
