They are seeking a Cost Accountant to join their finance team in Rancho Cucamonga. This role will play a key part in supporting manufacturing operations through detailed cost analysis, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment and enjoy partnering cross‑functionally to drive accurate financial insight and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities for Cost Accountant Perform cost accounting activities including standard cost development, variance analysis, and cost roll‑upsAnalyze manufacturing costs related to labor, materials, overhead, and inventoryPartner with operations and engineering to support costing accuracy and efficiency improvementsPrepare and analyze monthly financial reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and annual standard cost updatesEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SOX requirementsAssist with month‑end close activities and audit support as neededIdentify opportunities to improve cost visibility, reporting accuracy, and financial processes Qualifications for Cost Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing financeWorking knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accountingExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferredStrong analytical skills with attention to detailProficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems strongly preferredAbility to work onsite and collaborate cross‑functionally#LI-MS6 #INJAN2026 #INFEB2026 Cost Accountant Cost Accountant Cost Accountant
