Positioned as a profitable and rapidly growing startup, the organization is preparing for an IPO and focuses on delivering scalable tools that support real estate professionals nationwide.About the Opportunity:The Software Developer role is responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications that power real estate teams across the country. This position involves collaborating with product leadership and design teams to deliver high-quality features and improve the platform continuously. The role emphasizes clean coding practices, ownership of deliverables, and leveraging AI tools to enhance development efficiency.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain full-stack features for the platform using React, TypeScript, Ruby, and .NET.• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to scope and prioritize feature development.• Translate product requirements and designs into polished user experiences.• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.• Create and maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end.• Debug and resolve issues to improve performance and reliability.• Identify and reduce technical debt.• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.• Work cross-functionally with design, QA, backend engineering, and product teams.• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.• Engage in Agile processes such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.• Maintain and improve technical documentation.• Keep updated with platform tools and emerging AI development technologies.Requirements:• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack web development.• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.• Working knowledge of Ruby and/or .NET or ability to learn new languages quickly.• Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.• Practical experience using AI coding tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.• Experience writing automated tests covering unit, integration, or end-to-end.• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year depending on experience.Benefits & Perks:• Flexible remote work arrangements.• Paid time off as needed.• Comprehensive insurance coverage.• 401(k) match.• Stock option grants and stock purchase plan.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our clientis an equal opportunity employer.
