They translate creative vision into inspiring and innovating creative concepts and digital initiatives. They develop significant client relationships and use these connections to help develop new business opportunities for the agency. They play a key role in the agency life, helping guide the strategic path of the company.Responsibilities:Manage several creative teams (through the lens of an art background) across multiple clients' accountsParticipate in new business development, client presentations and selling creative concepts internally and externallyEffectively win pitches while managing large-scale, cross-channel deliverablesContinually optimize results for every piece of creative the team producesEnsure high quality, strategy and integrity of all creative outputCommunicate client and brand goals to creative teamsRecruit, train, develop and motivate staff to improve their potentialEffectively manage assigned timeframes and budgets, including staffing and hours allocation on all projectsWork with account services to foster client relationshipsParticipate in agency thought leadership, including external sources and agency presentationsMaintain knowledge of current technological developmentsQualifications:Bachelor's degree10+ years of creative agency experience, including strong interactive/digital and multimedia experience with an art direction/design background5+ years of experience in healthcare communications with strong DTC and HCP creative campaign chopsAward winning creative work/portfolioPrevious experience managing and leading teamsFamiliarity with digital healthcare channels and executionsStrong written and oral communication and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teamsAbility to travelPublicis Health is the world's premier health-oriented agency network. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
