If you're looking for a stable, first-shift career with a growing company that values quality and precision, this is the place for you.Job duties:Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.Coordinate with production and quality control teams to manage inventory levels and maintain the integrity of baked goods during transit.Direct and train warehouse staff on proper loading techniques, safety protocols, and the use of inventory management software.Maintain organized shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing slips, and domestic freight schedules.Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and ensure 100% order fulfillment accuracy.Requirements include:Previous supervisory experience specifically within food service or a food manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP or SQF) as they relate to storage and transportation.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic inventory tracking software.Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team in a high-volume setting.Work stationary for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.Benefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayJoin Us.
