Job DescriptionJob Title:Seeking Electricians - Multiple Levels (Heavy Industrial Project)Location: Memphis, TNProject Type: Heavy Industrial - Grounding & Lightning ProtectionSchedule: Minimum 50 hours/week, overtime availablePer Diem: $100/day (7 days/week, prorated if under 50 hrs/week)About the ProjectJoin our team on a large-scale industrial project focused on the troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plant grounding grids, bonding systems, and lightning protection across a multi-building campus with equipment skids and industrial structures. This is critical work in a high-energy environment where safety, reliability, and quality are top priorities.Open Positions & Pay RangesField Supervisors / Lead ElectriciansLead field crews in installing and repairing grounding and lightning protection systems.Produce highly detailed documentation, daily reports, and as-built drawings.Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project goals.Pay: $40-$50/hour + $100/day per diemJourneyman / Mid-Level ElectriciansInstall and test ground grids, bonding conductors, and surge protection equipment.Perform troubleshooting, resistance testing, and corrective repairs.Work with limited supervision to complete assignments safely and efficiently.Pay: $35-$45/hour + $100/day per diemApprentice / Helper ElectriciansPull wire, assist with installations, and support senior electricians.Perform basic measurements, adjustments, and material handling.Learn and develop skills under supervision.Pay: $18-$25/hour + $100/day per diemRequirements (All Levels)Industrial experience preferred; grounding and lightning protection strongly desired.Knowledge of safety practices including LOTO, arc flash, and confined space.Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments.Strong teamwork, communication, and safety commitment.Per Diem Policy$100/day, 7 days per week.Minimum 50 hours/week required to qualify for full per diem.If fewer than 50 hours are worked, per diem will be prorated.Lodging is not provided.Why Work With Us?Competitive pay tied to skill level.Steady hours with overtime opportunities.Work on a high-visibility, large-scale industrial project.Tiered crew structure with opportunities for advancement.RequirementsQualifications We Require:Valid Journeyman Electrician license.Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical installation, operations, and maintenance, including PLC and PC-based control systems.Proven experience in industrial environments with comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.BenefitsCompensation:Starting: Competitive
