Paperwork entry and bookkeping
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle paperwork entry and bookkeeping tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing data entry, and supporting the overall administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency with accounting software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and databases
Manage and organize physical and digital paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and statements
Reconcile accounts and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries as needed
Support bookkeeping activities such as tracking expenses, payments, and receivables
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative operations
Experience
Prior experience in bookkeeping or paperwork entry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
Basic knowledge of financial principles and data entry accuracy
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
