Industrial Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility maintenance in a fast-paced production welding environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to ensure minimal downtime and safe, efficient operations. OT available!Industrial Maintenance Technician Job DutiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machineryTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRepair and maintain welding equipment, conveyors, and production machineryDiagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtimePerform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficientlyAssist with installation of new equipment and upgradesMaintain maintenance logs and complete required documentationWork closely with production to support continuous operationsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentIndustrial Maintenance Technician Requirements2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferredStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding equipment preferredAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsBasic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environmentNo felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies everMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screeningPay: $25.00 $26.00+ DOE Schedule: Monday Friday, 5 am 4:30 pm, Saturday 6 am 2:30 pm (OT available) Location: East Bernard, TX 77435
